We understand how important it is to know who is caring for your dog so to achieve this, we will visit you prior to your first day to meet you and your dog!

Your dog will be picked up from home in our doggie bus and taken to a local fenced dog park for a day of activities

Pick ups 8am-10am

Woohoo playtime! Your dog will have the freedom to run and play with their friends enjoying the fresh air and sunshine under our constant supervision 

(regular dogs only - we do not accept casual bookings)

After a day of fun, we will return your dog home (hassle free) and the added bonus is that all of this is included in your fees!

Drop home 2pm - 4pm

CHECK YOUR LOCATION 

  • Check that you live inside our the service area, using the link to our map below.

  • If not, please check that are you able to travel to either Greencross Roseville to drop off (after 8:30am) and pick up your dog (before 5:30pm). ​

BOOK

  • Before Booking - Important: Enrolment Criteria.  All dogs must live in our service area or be available for pickup/drop off at Greencross Roseville, be desexed (unless they are a puppy), be vaccinated for canine/kennel cough, have up to date flea/tick treatment, and not suffer from high anxiety which causes them to run/hide/attack or escape if they’re stressed or fearful.

  • Online: Simply click the "Book Now" button, complete the form and click submit! 

​

  • Call: Call us and we will take your booking over the phone.

​

  • We will email you a booking confirmation.  If we do not have availability or cannot enrol your dog because it does not meet our enrolment criteria, we will let you know as soon as possible.

​

  • We will attach a copy of our Terms & Conditions, Waiver and a copy of your paid invoice (fees must be paid in advance).

​

  • You will be invited to join our Client Pawrent Photo Album where you can view daily photos of your dog, and keep up to date with notifications.​

​

  • Need to cancel your booking? Cancellations made outside 24 hours of your booking are fully refundable.  If you cancel less than 24 hours, the fees payable are forfeited to We Love Dogz.  This policy is not applicable on your dog/s first day.

MEET & GREET

  • When: Our Meet & Greet is held prior to your dogs first day at a convenient time or on your dog's first day at 8am and is free of charge. We allow 15 minutes for a meet & greet.

​

  • Where: ​We come to your home or meet outside your chosen Greencross Vet Clinic (either Chatswood or Roseville) for drop off and pickup

​

  • Our initial meeting gives us an opportunity to meet you and your dog face-to-face.

​

  • We will discuss access arrangements, collect outstanding enrolment documents and if required, obtain keys (Please Note: your key is marked with your dog's name not address).

YOUR DOG COMES TO 

DAYCARE

  • We will take your dog to daycare after our meet and greet for an assessment day.

​

  • Doggy Day Care will be held at a local off leash dog park which is fully fenced.

​​

  • Your dog will spend the day running, playing, socialising with our other dogs or have a nap should they choose.

​

  • You'll receive a text at midday to advise whether your dog has passed their assessment. The behavioural assessment is simply for us to determine whether your dog is suitable for daycare to ensure all dogs in our care are safe, friendly and get along.  If they have passed, your dog is welcome to continue attending daycare on a casual or regular basis.

​

  • Your dog's photo will be uploaded to our shared We Love Dogz Daycare album on Google Photos (exclusive access for clients) during the day.
     

  • If it's your dog's birthday, we throw your dog a Birthday Party! Please notify us 1 week prior to their special day to arrange.

​

  • Your dog will be returned home between 2:00 - 4:00pm.

​

  • Our standard pickup bracket after your dog's first day is between 8:00 - 10:00am for home collection.  If you have choosen to drop off your dog at one of our selected vets, drop off is between 8:30 - 8:45am.

​

  • Need a specific time? We can accommodate specific time requests, these are charged at $20/each and must be booked in either by email or phone (subject to availability).
